Entrepreneurs, advisors and investors in one team
Mercurio was built on the belief that the best advisors think like owners. Our leadership team gained experience in international environments at McKinsey & Company, Concorde MB Partners (IMAP) and MET Group before founding a boutique that applies the rigour and standards of leading advisory firms to the needs of small and mid-sized businesses.
We operate through two complementary pillars. Mercurio Advisory delivers our advisory services — including business, transaction and financing advisory services, as well as financial modelling and controlling. Mercurio Capital is our Private Equity arm focusing on mid-cap LBOs. The same team works across both areas, creating strong synergies between our advisory experience, investment perspective and network.
Our 13-person team brings together young professionals with a real business development mindset and strong academic backgrounds from leading Hungarian and international business schools.
Our goal is to support the growth of businesses across the region, both as advisors and as owners. We believe this requires sound, pragmatic decision-making and a clear focus on genuine, measurable value creation.
