Boldizsár graduated from Corvinus University of Budapest with a bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting, followed by a master's degree in Finance, specializing in investment analysis. During his university years, he consciously sought out a wide range of professional experiences: he worked at an asset management company, an investment bank, and then deepened his skills in the field of M&A consulting.

As an M&A advisor, he has participated in more than 40 projects, including significant international transactions. His experience includes financial due diligence, company valuation, financial modeling, and buyer and seller side advisory services. His work is characterized by precision, structured thinking, and a solution-oriented approach.
